TIPS
  • Always start with 6oz liquid, then Pour smoothie powder into cup & then continue to add water (or milk or juice) to control the thickness of your smoothie. 
     

  • Allow some time (COUPLE MINUTES) for your smoothie powder to rehydrate as you shake or blend. Remember, the h2O & oxygen has been removed in the freeze-drying process. Clumps are normal, (and tasty!) but should be thoroughly mixed in for optimal drinking experience. 
     

  • cold water isn't necessary but is most preferred by our customers. you can add an ice cube or two or simply blend with ice as directed below. 
     

  • as seasons & ripeness change, so does our produce. though recipes stay the same, the sweetness of our smoothies can vary from one batch to another. Feel free to try your smoothie in another variation listed below.​
